What is your return policy for pickleball paddles?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that used paddles cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
Are Onix pickleballs approved for tournament play?
Yes, our Dura Fast 40 and Fuse G2 pickleballs are USAPA approved and are the official balls for many professional tournaments worldwide.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Onix provides a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects on all paddles from the original date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
Can I track my shipment once it has been sent?
